Holly Gricks

Retreat Guide

Welcome to a journey of rest, reflection, and renewal, guided by Holly, the heart behind our retreat experience. Holly is passionate about creating space for people to step away from their busy lives and find peace in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Having been on several personal and corporate retreats herself, Holly understands the transformative power of taking intentional time to connect with God. With a background as a high school Christian studies teacher and chaplain for the past seven years, she has witnessed the need for individuals to pause and invest in their relationship with God. Originally from South Australia, Holly made the move to the Sunshine Coast in 2022. Prior to her relocation, she facilitated retreats in Middleton, SA, in February 2020, and Myponga in February, July, and November 2021. This upcoming retreat marks her fifth venture into providing a space for people to encounter God. Holly is an active member of the Life Centre in Caloundra, where she and her husband Benjamin, and son Elliot, have found a supportive community. With academic qualifications in secondary education from Tabor College Adelaide and a graduate diploma in divinity from Ridley College, Melbourne, Holly combines her love for teaching and her deep faith to guide others on a journey towards stillness and connection with God.
